At Shakespeare, we believe every garment should be a poetic fit; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to ensure a seamless refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
